Then just a dark night (River Phoenix)

I just wanted to play the guitar, but it was the last, dark night of my life on the Boulevard of Broken Hearts, when I wasn't even supposed to party. It was the night my innocence was gone, and when I didn't think my life would end, but they couldn't hold my heart anymore. Then just a dark night. Poet's Note. Actor River Phoenix died of an overdose at a nightclub on Sunset Boulevard.

They celebrated my downfall (Pablo Escobar)

They celebrated my downfall over my still warm body. And yes, I died, but look at your rivers, there are my beloved hippos. I escaped from a prison I paid for myself, because I made a mistake killing gringos, they won't forgive that. For the poor, for my own people, I'm still alive, Robin Hood. I only murdered those who opposed me for whom silver was not enough, then lead. Poet's note. Pablo Escobar is still a well-known drug lord long after his death.

Too much for me (Kurt Cobain)

It's better to burn out than to fade away. I didn't fade away, I just burned with a cold flame that burned me. I hope I'm remembered as a poet and not a rock star. That was too much for me. Millions admired me and I wondered why. A poet's note. Kurt Cobain committed suicide.

I belonged to history

When our car hit the pillar of the Paris tunnel, I knew the world would talk about this for a long time. I had always been photographed, chased, and photographed again. They were after me again, the paparazzi, but for the last time. When I died, I belonged to history, not the paparazzi. I was Princess Diana, divorced, mother of a future king. I died, when my life began.
